Interest-group Post Classic 2 Stroke Solo founded
Even more there is the wish, particularly among the riders, to found a platform to organize a two-stroke class to create a post classic racing class to be present. The original idea came from the Odenwald by Manfred John. On the Walldürn airfield circuit we were able to experience the premiere in 2009. And this idea will extendet in 2010 to a race series with races in Walldürn to the Odenwald Classics, on the oldest racingcircuit of Germany, the Schleizer Dreieck and at the Historic Börde Grand Prix at the Motorsportarena Oschersleben, the nothest circuit in Germany. The foundation for a future independent Post Classic 2 stroke Cup is thus in the composite of an "organizer triangle" prepared. The makers of the classic GP Schleiz, the AMC Schleizer Dreieck with his section Classic racing, and the Boerde Grand Prix at Oschersleben, led by Ralph "Bohni" Bohnhorst, took this idea and have them fully implemented conceptually distinct new race class at once for 2010 with the competitions included. Two-stroker are nowadays more likely exceptions, but in the so-called post classic era, specifically German pilots have achieved great success on an international scale.
Divided and this class is assessed separately in two categories: Category 1 Year / Model Year 1968-1985 up to 250 cc, and Category 2 Year / Model Year 1968-1985 more than 250 cc up to 750 cc Exclusively two-stroke engines!
The interest group is an alliance of Classical organizers who have dedicated themselves to the character of racing with this job Post Classic Two Stroke class uniform. The announcement and the registration form for Post Classic Two Stroke solo for interested riders can you found here
